Everyone was so nice and helpful to us New England newcomers. My husband and I will be here for 4.5 months. We went in to check out the merchandise. My husband and I felt right at home. We had several employees give us different places to visit while we are here. The store was super clean and had the best merchandise to choose from. My husband attended the Blessing of the Bikes and said it was very nice with bikers from all over the state and surrounding states attending. I recommend this Harley Dealership!
My daughter brought her used 2008 Sportster here for an oil change and to generally get checked out since she just bought it. This was my first encounter with an HD dealer/shop. Honestly the staff were amazingly friendly. The mechanic who worked on my daughters bike literally stopped me in the parking lot to talk about what he saw on the bike, what should be done and when, and to reassure me that her bike is in good shape and what PM we should be doing and when. This wasn’t a planned thing, he was testing another bike, and just happened to spot me getting in my car to go home. I’m sold. You don’t see customer service like this anymore anywhere.
Phenomenal service!!! Andrew was so patient, so informative, and the entire experience there was amazing! I started in Laconia and had the worst experience ever, so I came to Rochester and I should have just started there to begin with! I will never go anywhere else! They got me on a brand new bike under the terms I wanted with my pre-approval, no questions asked.
Joe and Kristen are the sales managers there and they are so nice, Joe was very up-front, understanding, and listened to everything I said! I was introduced to all the departments, Andrew showed me the basics of the bike, and all the paperwork was explained in full before anything was permanent and signed. So so happy with my purchase, I’ll be coming here from here on out!!! Thank you Andrew, and Rochester Harley!!
